Health Tip: Fruits

I've Been Drinking...Watermelon

No not really.
But I have been eating watermelon.
Sooo good and sweet!

It's a great healthy snack to eat in between meals.
It's a great replacement for those sugary candies.
Plus there are sooo many health benefits.

1) It soothes sore muscles
-Which is perfect for people who workout!! I know it's perfect for me!

2) It helps heart health
-Yahhh to a healthy heart!

3) It could be a natural Viagra
-OH SNAP! Men instead of popping a pill. Here is a natural way to get that thing up! Hey Hey Hey! 

4) It's rich in vitamins and minerals, but low in calories
-Get that energy up!
