I'm here to tell you my hair miracle!

Apple Cider Vinegar!

So I suffer from dry itchy scalp.

I always had a problem with it since I was in junior high.

But now I have found a solution that has helped me get rid of my itchiness and dandruff.

Using Apple Cider Vinegar also as many benefits.

And I'm going to share with all you fabulous people. 

How do I use the product?

I use a spray bottle.

You can purchase a spray bottle from your local beauty supply.

Anyways...

I put 3/4 water

And

1/4 apple cider vinegar

In the spray bottle.

On unwashed hair.

I apply the mixture all over my scalp.

Massaging the product in the hair. Helps breakup the buildup on the scalp. 

Leave it on for 15 mins.

Rinse out with warm water.

Then you can proceed with shampoo.

Personally this mixture is my shampoo.

So I don't follow up with anything else but my conditioner. 

Using this mixture I could see a complete difference in my hair.

Flake Free.

 My hair was very shiny.

And I also noticed that my curls were more defined.  

So here are the benefits of apple cider vinegar for your hair.

1) Improve Porosity

-Porosity is your hair's ability to absorb and maintain moisture. Apple cider vinegar's acidity can improve porosity by sealing the hair cuticle. As a result, hair will maintain more moisture.

2) Treat Hair Loss

-Apple Cider Vinegar has been know to stimulate hair growth in some hair loss cases. 

3) Clarifying Treatment

-Apple Cider Vinegar is perfect for removing product build-up without stripping hair of its natural oils.

4) pH Balancer

-Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse is great for bring the pH back to where it's supposed to be after shampooing has increased the pH. 

(Main reason why I don't use shampoo. Could be the reason I haven't had a flaky scalp)

5) Treat Itchy, Dry Scalp

- Apple Cider Vinegar has antibacterial and anti-fungal properties that will combat itchy, dry scalp.

Want good looking nails for cheap?

I am here to tell you how I achieved my good looking nails.

For the low low.

And last me over 2 weeks.

 Kiss nails are the bomb.

I bought Kiss's artificial full cover nails from CVS for $7.99

I know AMAZING!!

I purchased the oval nails. 

They come in many different shapes.

And in different lengths.

It also comes with their glue.

Which I think works well.

Applying the nails is hard at first.

But once you practice.

It turns out great.

First.

You want to make sure your nails are clean.

Take your finger nail polish remover and wipe off your nails very well.

You want to make sure your nails are free of oil.

Second.

The nails vary in sizes. 

So I would have you nails set out in advance. 

So you know what nail will work well for your fingers.

Third.

Apply your nail glue to your own nail.

And to the back of your artificial nail.

Take the artificial nail and put it on top of your own nail.

Apply pressure to the nail.

For 20 seconds.

After your done your nails should look similar to mine.

Fourth.

These nails are a little to long for me.

So I cut mine nails down and shape them with a nail file.

If you like your nails long you can skip this step. 

Fifth.

Apply the nail polish that you want.

Recommend: Clear Top Coat

The nail polish I like to use is Insta-Dri by Sally Hansen.

This nail polish dries sooooo fast!!

I love this nail polish.

The color that I used was Grease Lightening 300.

And the top clear coat that I used was Clearly Quick 110.

 These nail polishes are around $5.00 a bottle.  

If your on a budget like me.

Kiss Nails are the way to go.

They last a long time.

And they are cheap.

Valentine's Day 2014

Hello everyone!

I hoped you all enjoyed your Valentine's day!

I know I did.

I got to spend my day with my wonderful boyfriend.

It was a very special day because we spent it together.

We are a simple couple. 

So spend our day doing simple things.

I was excited because he took the time to cook me breakfast.

Anyone who knows me knows that I love food.

-French Toast

-Eggs

-Bacon (I didn't eat because I am now a vegetarian)

Then we went back to our childhood days and went to SkyHigh Sports.

To get our jump on.

Which was so much fun.

And a great workout.

Sooo good!!

Picked up Chinese food.

Ate.

Then sipped on vodka and our aloe drinks.

Called it a night.

Simple.

And how we like it.

It's also a good time when we are together.

Seahawks vs. Broncos 

The big Superbowl is coming up.

Seattle Seahawks vs. Denver Broncos

Who do you think will win this game?

Both teams are very good.

Both teams have different advantages.

Seahawks.

-GREAT secondary defense. 

If they can hold off the Broncos offense they can make it a challenging game.

-Richard Sherman. 

Great player that talks a lot. He's going to keeps his team pumped and ready to go.

Broncos.

-Peyton Manning.

Amazing quarterback. 

If Manning makes smart passes and shutdown under pressure. Seahawks are in for one.  

-Overall GREAT offensive team.

So who will win?

My choice.

Seattle Seahawks.

Why?

I always say. defense wins a game.

I hope everyone enjoy the Superbowl game.
